The following Buyer Terms and Conditions are expressly applicable to all individuals and entities registering or operating as Buyers on the Platform. These terms are supplemental to and must be read in conjunction with the General Terms of Use.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the General Terms of Use and these Buyer Terms and Conditions, the provisions outlined in these Buyer Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
Definitions
Unless expressly defined herein, all capitalized terms shall bear the meanings assigned to them in the General Terms of Use. Key definitions include:
- Buyer
Any individual, organization, or legal entity that engages in the purchase of Products listed on the Platform
- Buyer Services
The full range of services provided to Buyers as outlined in these Terms
- Mode of Delivery
Selected by the Buyer and approved by the Partner or Service Provider
- Partner or Service Provider
Any individual or entity registered with the Platform, authorized to offer and fulfill Products or services
- Shipment
Product(s) in transit under a single waybill, treated as a distinct logistical operation
Registration Requirements
In order to access and utilize any Buyer Services offered through the Platform, you must complete the registration process and establish a valid, verified Account.
Account Creation
To successfully register as a Buyer, you are required to:
- Create a unique username and secure password
- Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information
- Supply valid contact number and functioning email address
- Maintain active and compliant registration status
Buyer Services
The Buyer Services are expressly designed to enable and streamline the process of purchasing Products through the Platform. However, autoMoss is not a party to the transaction between the Buyer and the Seller.
Platform Role
autoMoss functions solely as a facilitator and does not bear any responsibility or liability for the outcomes of any Buyer-Seller transactions. All commercial terms are exclusively determined by the Seller.
Services Provided
- Product Listings
Access to detailed Seller profiles, pricing packages, and promotional deals
- Order Management
Order acknowledgments and dispatch notifications upon Seller confirmation
- Feedback System
Publish feedback and ratings based on verified purchase experiences
- Service Reminders
Maintenance, renewal, or follow-up service notifications from Sellers
- Logistics Support
Shipment, return, exchange, or cancellation support per applicable policies
- Continuous Improvement
Using feedback to drive enhancements in Product quality and Seller performance
Conditions for Buyers
Verification Responsibilities
Customers are required to personally verify the authenticity, quality, and legitimacy of any products or services before accepting them from autoMoss-listed partners.
- No Credential Verification
autoMoss does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of Seller credentials or business information
- No Product Liability
autoMoss is not liable for genuineness, quality, delays, misdelivery, or fraud by Sellers
- Search Results
Generated by algorithm (location, feedback, pricing) - not endorsements by autoMoss
- Feedback & Reviews
Opinions of respective Buyers only - do not reflect opinions of autoMoss
Critical Buyer Responsibilities
• Review Terms of Use before placing orders
• Verify product authenticity personally
• Understand that autoMoss does not control search results
• Disputes between Buyers and Sellers must be resolved directly
Buyer Representations & Warranties
Each Buyer irrevocably represents, warrants, and undertakes the following obligations as a condition of accessing and using the Platform:
- Honest Feedback Only
Provide only accurate, honest, and substantiated feedback, reviews, and ratings
- Prohibited: Fake Reviews
Fabricated, misleading, defamatory, or malicious reviews are strictly prohibited
- Policy Compliance
Comply with all Buyer Protection Policies for returns, refunds, cancellations
Payment Terms
Registration & Fees
Currently, no registration fees apply for Buyers on the Platform.
Payment Processing
Buyers can make payments using the online payment gateway. Payment processing is managed by third-party vendors, and receipts include:
- • Item costs
- • Delivery charges
- • Platform fees
- • COD fee (if applicable)
Buyer Payment Responsibilities
- Ensure payment card information is accurate
- Verify sufficient funds are available
- Comply with all applicable payment laws
- Ensure bank account details are correct for refunds
OTP Confirmation = Final Acceptance
Once you share the Delivery OTP, the order is fully accepted. autoMoss shall not accept, entertain, or process any complaint, claim, return, or refund request concerning that order thereafter.
autoMoss reserves the right to charge cancellation fees, subject to modifications in the Terms of Use.

autoMoss does not endorse, guarantee, sponsor, or support any Products/services listed
- No Content Liability
Not responsible for inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, specifications, or availability
- No Dispute Resolution
Not accountable for resolution of disputes between Buyers and Sellers
- No Intellectual Property Claims
autoMoss does not claim ownership of logos, trademarks, or brand names. All such IP belongs to their respective owners and is used on the Platform solely for identification purposes.
By Using the Platform, You Acknowledge:
• Presence of Product on Platform ≠ approval by autoMoss
• All disputes resolved directly between Buyer and Seller
• Seller bears full responsibility for Product quality
• autoMoss has no involvement in transaction outcomes
